Tanay Kumar

As the CEO and Creative Director at Fractal Ink, Tanay has been involved in shaping the path for Fractal. Tanay currently spearheads Visual Design and Design Strategy at the Studio.
He has a vision to take Digital design in India to the global level. He is currently a mentor to many UX groups and design incubators around in the country and has also taken up the challenge to help establish need for design thinking in organisations in India.
Some of the brands which he was involved in shaping up during his professional journey are Microsoft, F1, Disney, British Telecom, Indian Railways, Nokia, Barclays, Axis Bank, ICICI, Samsung, Godrej, Hungama.
Priyanka Agrawal
COO, CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
She spearheads User Experience and Strategy at the Fractal studio. Under her leadership fractal saw a huge leap in the strategy design sector where she helped large corporates and banks transform their digital offering.
She is currently a mentor to many UX groups and Incubators around in the country. She works closely with some of the largest banking and technology companies to help them bring build digital experiences like Microsoft,Nokia, Samsung, Axis Bank, HDFC, ICICI Direct, CRM solutions for banks.
Geeta Suthar
COO, CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER
Geeta heads business and operations at Fractal Ink. The company has grown from a small boutique studio of 7 people to one of the largest digital experience design studios in India on her watch.
She has been instrumental in not only growing the company in size and the acquisition of marquee clients, but ensuring that the company has remained profitable every step of the way.
